Landscape Lighting
Landscape Lighting including external lighting in general, excluding specific applications such as Roads, pathways, Sports Pitches, storage areas, car parks, etc. Landscape lighting may be for private areas or public areas but is often associated with the natural environment (especially gardens, plants, trees, etc) for aesthetic effect, lighting to make an area look attractive, lighting to highlight certain features, etc. Many complimentary man-made features and objects may be included such as Statues, walls, steps, foot-bridges, fountains, water features, etc.
The Photos shown at the Starbucks Cafe show small Floodlights, set on a concrete base (to protect against Grass obstruction and grass cutting) and pointed at Shrubs and Trees. Other Photos show a range of other solutions. In some cases, typically with Floodlights, we have been able to supply solar powered versions, which is only suitable if the Solar Panels can be hidden but also be exposed to Sunlight.
A large Floodlight may be appropriate to illuminate a large tree or to highlight a small feature which is far away, but mostly landscape lighting involves small-sized local Lights. In addition to a wide range of Floodlights, VeeLite also offer Groundlights, Bollards, Streetlights etc which are suitable for illumination of Landscaped areas.
VeeLite offers a wide range of Floodlights, from large Floodlights suitable for Football Pitches down to the smallest Floodlights which will fit within the Palm of your hand. The smaller Floodlights are typically used for Landscape Lighting, such as illuminating Trees and Shrubbery, Walls and Buildings, etc. They are large enough to be robust, visable and provide sufficent light output, yet small enough to be discreet. Accent Lighting is using light to highlight an object or feature which is similar to many landscape lighting projects.
